Ingredients:

  • Beef fat

Directions:

Add the beef fat to a large stock pot and heat to a low simmer with a slow temperature. Slowly simmer to render the beef fat. During the cooking time, you will notice the fat slowly starts to render and cook. Stir well periodically so it does not boil. Strain in a fine strainer to remove any large pieces. The strain again using cheesecloth,  Use or store it in a lidded glass jar in the fridge for up to 3 months.
