Ingredients
- Heavy Cream
- Salt
- Glass jar with lid
Instructions
Pour heavy cream into jar, filling half way. Add a pinch of salt. Put lid on jar. Shake for 20 minutes until it separates the buttermilk from the butter. Pour out into a bowl and form the butter into a ball with your hands. Toss or use buttermilk for something else. Run ball of butter under cold water until water runs clean. Store in fridge.
