Ingredients

    • 1 large egg
    • 1 tbsp mustard
    • 1 tbsp  white wine vinegar
    • 1/4 tsp fine salt
    • 1 cup vegetable oil

Directions

Add egg to food processor and process for 20 seconds. Add mustard, vinegar, and salt; process another 20 seconds. Scrape bowl, then with processor running, slowly drizzle in oil, starting with tiny drops until mixture thickens. Gradually increase to a thin stream until all oil is added. Scrape bowl again, process for 10 more seconds. Adjust seasoning with salt or vinegar to taste.
