Dough:

2 + 1 white eggs
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp warm water
2 tbsp yeast
1/5 cup melted butter
2/3 cup yogurt
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 cups all purpose flour
12 oz feta cheese
1/5 cup soft butter

Filling:

1 yolk
3 tbsp milk
sesame seeds for sprinkling

Instructions:

Dissolve the yeast in the warm and mixed together water and milk, along with the sugar and 2 tbsp flour. Stir and leave it for 10 min.

Separately, beat the eggs + egg white, add the yoghurt and melted butter, stir. Sift the flour in a deep bowl, make a well in it and add the salt.

Pour the egg mixture plus yeast into it, stir and knead a soft dough. Leave the dough for 1 hour to double in volume. Sprinkle your counter with flour and place the dough, knead and divide it up into 4 balls.

Roll out each one with a rolling pin into a 1/4 thick sheet, separately. Arrange the sheets atop one another, smearing with the melted butter between them, don’t smear the final sheet.
