The ingredients would be:
- 1 (16 oz) package phyllo dough,
- 4 eggs,
- 8-10 oz feta,
- 8 oz yogurt,
- 1 cup sunflower oil or butter.(divided)
I like to cut this recipe in half and cook in my cast iron skillet.
