HERE’s HOW to ROAST RED PEPPERS in the OVEN

  1. Set the over on a broil setting
  2. Place dry whole peppers on a baking sheet.  You can line with foil for easy clean up if desired.
  3. Broil the peppers until they are blistered and blackened all over, turning them as necessary.
  4. Place the roasted peppers in a large bowl, and cover it with a kitchen towel to retain heat for about 10 minutes.
  5. Removing the loose skin, stems, membranes, and seeds.
