Four Ingredients Easy Bulgarian Palacinky Recipe with Self-Rising Flour
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
In medium mixing bowl combine flour with oil. Then mix in eggs and finally milk. Use an immersion blender to remove all lumps. Add more milk if batter is too thick. Let the batter rest for a few minutes while you are warming a medium non-stick frying pan to medium-high heat. Grease generously with butter. Add a about a half ladle full of batter depending on how large your frying pan is. Move the pan around in a circular motion so batter spreads evenly. Cook for about 2 minutes or until the edges start to brown and release from sides of pan. Flip over and cook for another minutes or so. Remove from pan, keep warm and repeat with remaining batter. When ready to serve, spread with desired filling (nutella, jelly, honey or even savory like ham) and roll tight.
